LAURCO’s Bill Pay Service (BPS) guides residents in paying their bills, managing their checkbooks, and avoiding duplicate payments, payments for undue services, and late fees. We currently provide this in-house service for local residents in the Sarasota County, Florida area and surrounding communities.
What does it involve?
- Reviewing client’s received mail
- Balancing/reconciling client’s checkbook(s)
- Be it by check or electronic transmission, scheduling - or making - payment arrangements for bills received and payments rightfully owed by client
- In conjunction with client, speaking with providers as needed to resolve any billing and/or payment issues or, if preferred, deferring such contact to a designated family member or guardian
- Zoom meetings as needed, within reason with client’s designated family member or guardian
- Includes unlimited email/phone/text conversation per month, within reason, with client to address any questions or concerns that client deems cannot wait until next in-home visit
- Includes unlimited email/phone/text conversation per month, within reason, with client’s designated family member or guardian
- Providing monthly LAURCO invoices to a designated family member or guardian for review and payment of services performed
